PV Quinn

Founder Patrick V. (Paddy) Quinn, was born in Capetown, South Africa, raised in Salisbury, Rhodesia, graduated from Cranborne Boys High School, followed by the South African Institute of Marketing Management.

Emigrating to Boise, Idaho in 1976, Paddy formed Point of View Advertising in 1977 to provide Boise Urban Stages (now Valley Regional Transit) with a bus bench franchise, funded through an advertising program. Point of View Advertising went on to establish the advertising sign programs in the Boise State University (BSU) Football Stadium, BSU Pavilion, Idaho State University (ISU) Holt Arena, and Meridian (Idaho) Speedway.

PVQ Publishing Group was formed in 1980 to publish The Boise Magazine. Over the next several years additional regional publications were added to the successful business model including: Welcome to Boise, Treasure Valley Living, The Visitors Guide to Boise, Dining Decisions, Southwest Idaho Travelog, Sun Valley Travelog, Idaho Heartland Living, and Canyon County Celebration. PVQ specialized in working with several local groups and organizations to help establish and provide "Custom Publications," such as Boise Convention and Visitors Bureau, Southwest Idaho Travel Association (SWITA), BSU Alumni Association, Boise Metro Chamber of Commerce, Nampa Chamber of Commerce, McCall Chamber of Commerce, Cascade Chamber of Commerce, Garden Valley Chamber of Commerce, Sitka (Alaska) Convention and Visitors Bureau, and Ballet Idaho.

M3 Multi Media Management was formed initially in 2012 to become a book publisher, and to specialize in marketing support and materials for the Publishing, Real Estate, Tourism, and Hospitality industries. Current products include Canyon County Celebration, Boise Valley Map & Guide (Includes Boise Area Visitors Guide and Boise Area Dining Guide), All About Kauai Map & Guide (Includes Kauai Visitors Guide and Kauai Dining Guide), the Client Appreciation Postcard Program, the Just Listed/Sale Pending/Just Sold Postcard Program, and a Seasonal Greeting Postcard Program.
